I think I have it..... I get in fights with my parents and argue with them all the time because they are just annoying and everything they say is annoying and stupid. I never agree with them on purpose and when they tell me to do something that I am about to do anyway I wont do it. I always end up yelling at them and whenever this happens i think its my moms fault or my dads because they look at me disappointedly and stuff.... Do you think I might have it... and if I do, how do I tell my parents that I think I have it?

I agree with the other person who answered.
Lots of teenagers are oppositional and defiant. Those years are typically awkward because the child is becoming an adult. Most teenagers who are defiant turn out to be normal adults. I was defiant when I was a teenager, and so were most people I know.
I think the main concern is if the behavior starts in early childhood and the child may be developing Conduct DIsorder, which is much more severe.
Conduct Disorder includes violent, criminal behavior, staying out all night, lying, stealing, hurting other people, setting fires, torturing animals, etc. The adult version of Conduct DIsorder is Antisocial Personality Disorder, and that's basically a career criminal. Very few kids with ODD actually go that far.
I work in mental health, and very few people are given psychiatric treatment for Oppositional Defiant Disorder alone; most of the kids with this diagnosis also have ADHD or something else. That's just based on my experience.
It's just my opinion, but I think sometimes ODD is just a label that can be used when parents are having a little trouble dealing with their kids.

no you are just a teen.
You know many of the disorders that are being treated now have only came out in the recent years. Back in the day people didn't have medication to treat kids that missbehave but now they come up with medications for everything.
Try to compromise with your parents, we all go through this stage and it does get better. Don't get diagnosed with a disorder that is made up by the people that just want your money.
that's just my opinion

You might have it, but it's also highly possible that you're just acting like a teenager. If you're really concerned about it, go to a psychiatrist. Talking to a psychiatrist or psychologist is the ONLY WAY to find out for sure whether you have it.

Have the bottom part of your jawbone cut off and attached to a cousin of yours who took your true identity and claims your medical records as hers and she is entitled to it since Oprah Winfrey likes her so much.
USA is a torturing, dictatorship for Hollywood.
