Your skin is naturally white, so yes, eventually you will return to your normal skin tone. It's just a deep tan it sounds like.

Sunscreen. A Hat. Wear clothes that will cover your face and neck.

A tan is just a fact of life if you are a pale person spending lots of time in the sun. I'm sry, but you'll have to get used to it, since only time can help once you are already tan.

You got a bad tan.

Wash your face with sour milk, or put some sour-cream for 10 min three times a day.

Mix water and lemon juice 50/50. Use it for your face as often as you can.

If it is also painful, mix a little bit aspirin with olive oil and put it on face for 30 min or more.

Anything you use is not going to help immediately. It will take some time. So be patient.

Do not worry, everything will be just fine.
Good Luck!

Ok first things first: You have a tan..and thats not deadly.
Second: Im arabic too (Morocco) and I went there and i got all black lol..anyways I went to the shower for like 2 hours and it its got lighter (I can stay int here for a day XD )
Third: the tan will wear off !!Meanwhile u can either get ur whole body tanned or just keep it like dat i promise itll wear off! Just dont peel it or scratch the tanned parts

NEXT TIME GET SOME SUNSCREEN WITH YA!!!

you can source out good skin lighteners online that ship worldwide.. look for safe products without hydroquinone, mercury or steroids because these harm the skin after long term use.. potency is another factor because most commercial products dont show results that you want.. you have uneven skin tone and using skin lighteners will give you the fastest results.. since you burn easily, use a high spf (50 or better) sunscreen to prevent further darkening and sun damage.. here's a source for safe AND potent skin lightening products -

honestly, your skin will probably stay like that for a while...usually I'm extremely white, but after the summer (after i am burned to a crisp) i stay burned for a little then it becomes a little tan..i stay that way until winter time--then i got back to white...just let it go. you'll never be as white as u were before...sorry

The only thing that will fade your tan is time and avoiding exposure to the sun. That's not really your problem though, is it? Perhaps it's time to reevaluate how you and your associates view darker skinned people.

stay out of the sun.
it will eventually fade.
and you will be as white as you were before.
you might want to go to the doctors though because
your burn/tan sounds serious.
