Is it ok to install something (say, MS Office or Adobe Acrobat) on more than 1 computer if you only have 1 disk?

If you have only one license, read the license. Most software are only licensed for a SINGLE computer.

There are some cases where you can buy multi-packs. Some Norton products, such as Norton Antivirus, are sold in 3-packs, but a single CD.
