Well Diet/Lifestyle change. Yesterday I went out for dinner, and I exercised for 45 minutes.

Turns out I have swimmer's ear and i just feel terrible. I don't plan on exercising because I don't want to strike a fever and get worse.

Will I gain weight?

As long as you don't increase the calories you're eating, then no. It's ok to not workout until you get better, you haven't destroyed your diet or anything. Feel better soon

You will not gain weight, I use to have those same fears and one time I had to not exersice and I had been exercising for about two years everyday and I strained my ankle and had to be off of it for 3 weeks and I didnt gain one pound and I have really bad family genes. You will be ok, it takes your body and motabolism at least 6 months to slow down if you stoped exercising, that doesnt mean you can go out and pig out on food but just eat what you have been eating and just let your body heal, I made that mistake and I strained my ankle so let your body heal and once it does then you can get back to the workout. Good luck:)

Nahhh. If you feel crappy, it's fine to take a day or two off to feel better. However, be more conscious of what you're eating if you're not exercising. As soon as you feel better, get right back out there!

No, just have a splurge day today. Sometimes, it's good to have one day out of the week to eat what you want. Don't stuff yourself. Just eat something fried at dinner or something. Splurges are the upsides to a diet.

http://www.mesayyes.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 4.95$ shipping and handling.

if you eat more calories than you use, you will gain weight, if you eat less you will lose - maybe do something else for exercise?
