Did Abraham et al forget to read the fine print in his Covenant God.
Did Job really loose out after passing that rigorous exam, by having his offspring dumped in the drink anyway?

MEISTER---Why would a "perfect" god need to "practice"?
Christians seem to need a transcript of what they said yesterday to compare it to what they're saying today. They seem to change like he wind.

BLACK ATHEIST---Do you find it strange that he saved only white people?
Yet most Christians reject evolution, and scientists suggest that the original people were most likely black.

Do Christians believe that you don't exist, and that you never have existed?

Well, according to the Bible, God rested on the seventh day, but it doesn't say anything about Him taking a bath. He had worked hard for six days, creating everything, and probably really worked up a sweat. After a while He realized it was time to freshen up a bit. God may be perfect, but even He was getting a little ripe by then. Plus, it was driving all the people on Earth crazy, and they were doing all sorts of mean and nasty things.
Now, if you are everywhere, where do you find a tub big enough, and what do you use for bath toys? So He asked Noah to build an ark and fill it with his family and the animals. God thought it might be good clean fun watching them bob around in the tub for a while. Next He turned on the shower, but He fell asleep, and it ran for 40 days and nights, flooding the entire Earth. (don't you hate when that happens?)
The waters must have gotten cold, because God woke up and realized what happened. He broke wind (you know how that sometimes happens when you're relaxing in the tub) and it dried up the Earth. God then said, "Oops, I'll never do that again."
And that is the story of the Great Flood. (condensed version)

Dude, you are sooo short sighted and dont know what God is all about.
God knew before the world was created that Adam and Eve would fall, men would be evil, the flood would happen, Jesus would die on a cross, much of mankind would turn to themselves and turn away from Him, a man would come and run the whole planet by himself and create a one world government, Jesus would come back, humans would be judged for their actions, the earth would be destroyed by fire, eternity for humankind will start.
God is already at the end, we just have to catch up.

The rainbow grew to become the symbolic promise to moses that he would not flood the earth back. as quickly as I see a rainbow i'm reminded of Gods promise to directly. could the land be flooded this time it is not via God yet via mankind. it is via hearth God will decide the earth . J

I would like for you to seriously consider your sarcasm, when it comes to GOD. If you were really interested in THE TRUTH, you would read the story in the BIBLE. I would like to tell you that there is a huge reason why God brought on the flood, and it was because of the evil that existed in that time. Much, I regret to say like your Attitude IN THE QUESTION. That , sir IS WHY GOD flooded THE EARTH AND STARTED OVER AGAIN, and if you were to read the words of JESUS, you would see that HE prophesied that "as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be when the SON OF MAN returns".... are you ready?

The great flood was a natural disaster caused by a foreign body penetrating the earths atmosphere and causing the oceans to rise. An asteroid so to say!
The next will be by the element known to man as "Fire".

No, he didn't mess up, he never does. He wanted to test Noah and the people of his time, not his boat building skills. He wanted to leave an example of what he can do to the non-believers, and what he can do to save a believer.

i don't think He messed up...i think He's been practicing all along except now we call them things like....flash floods, tsunamis, hurricanes, and we also have something happening now that scientists are calling global warming.....maybe you should be building an ark instead of complaining....... thats all God means to you is another complaint......
