I have been facing dandruff problem for so many years and frankly speaking I didn't do anything to control it and few years back my hair falling also started severely. Now I'm alert to do something, I've just used Clinic All Clear - Active Sport (Anti Dandruff Shampoo just 3 times may be it doing something in my hairs).

There is also a new shampoo came in the market named:

Clinic All Clear - Hair Fall Defence (also controls dandruff)

Is it really works ? Does anyone used it and suggests to use it.

I heartily thankful for your consideration, please suggest me such a working solution :)

The balding might be just a natural result of age, and maybe you can't do anything about it besides hair plugs.

But dandruff can be defeated. I agree totally about the vinegar -- what I do is put a half cup of cider vinegar in a washbasin of lukewarm water, and swish my head in it as a final rinse.

Another good hair rinse for dandruff is making a strong tea out of chamomile, rose petals, rosemary and lavender -- about a tablespoon of each, wrapped up in a pouch or washcloth. Put in the wash basin, and swish your head in it. It smells great, and really leaves your scalp and hair nice.

Also, watch your diet. I have more problems when I eat too much sugar.

You could try the new shampoo, but I've never had luck with a commercial shampoo. They've always made me itchier.

Apply a large amount of oil at night. Sarso ka tel is the best. Wash ur hairs in the next morning with Nizoral shampoo and watch the result. Do this daily for 1 week. Then twice a week for 3 weeks and then once a week.

Dandruff is really a fungal problem so try to exfoliate your scalp as often as possible, use a ph balanced shampoo or ph soap, take extra notice of the foods you eat, include higher antioxidant type foods and products, get ph balanced water and try out some antifungals, see how they work for you, everyone is different and there are a lot of choices

this remedy is from Dom. Republic, and it works 100%, you are going to buy any brand of shampoo (one that you prefer), pour the half of that shampoo into another bottle, fill any one with regular vinegar, no red wine or fancy ones, just regular vinegar, and always wash your hair with it, then you can apply and wash your hair with the other shampoo that doesn't contain any vinegar, cause you know, it will take away the vinegar smell, do this as many times as you wash your hair everyweek, and get back at me, I will give you something for the falling hair, by I need to call my cosin for that.
