I go to bed at 10 ish and i can't fall asleep one night i was awake until 4:30 but that was the worst case. Then if i dont put an alarm on i sleep till 10-12! I would wake earlier if i got some sleep today i used my mothers alarm and its super loud but i think i was already half awake. So please help me find a way to fall asleep

I've had insomnia since I was about 8 years old (I'm 16 now), and that was about the time I moved. You are probably just stressed out and need to find some way to relax during the day and before you go to bed.

Find something meditating for you to do at night, like a walk, or just listen to some good music. Talk to a friend for an hour before you go to bed. Read a book. Just calm your mind down, it's probably the problem.

There are several causes of insomnia: you may have something you're stressing about. You may be consuming too much crud in your diet. The easiest things to do are to stop drinking caffeinated beverages and/or energy drinks and to get some exercise everyday

If you get loads of fresh air during the day and some exercise, it'll help.

You could always try a wee tot of brandy!
