fire and police reports are usually separate.
police reports- if you aren't the victim usually aren't released to the general public.
some times you can find fire and police calls listed in the news papers but not the specifics about the report and officer findings...
fires are usually investigated by the fire marshalls office. you would have to call them to see if they release that info. again if you aren't the victim they don't usually give that out
