Look we all put weight on after birth, but it takes more than the nine months to put it on then to take off.
If you are breast feeding i found it comes off quicker but even if you are not just looking after the baby and yourself is enough to lose the weight.
Walk with the baby in the pram, or walks on your own. You can buy water bottles the shaped of dumbells i think , get two one for each hand and when you are walking, speed walk and move your arms to your pace with the bottles, my friend lost alot of weight this way.
No matter what you are healthy your baby is too, be proud of what your body has just given you and done for you just give it a little helping hand to get back to normal.
If you want to wear tops that show your arms be proud and wear them, what other people think is there problem.
All the best take care.

Yes, there is a solution to it. You can use Nikken's Body Mud Masque daily. Apply a thick layer and do a wrap around the area and rinse off after 8 - 10 minutes. Then you apply your slimming gel around the area to firm it up. The Nikken's Body Mud Masque helps to firm up the area fast and also you will feel its smooth around it. It has proven effective after many users have tried it.

Own your body, you are beautiful and wonderful and a totally attractive mother. I know that you feel less attractive right now but with diet, rest and exercise you will feel rejuvenated and renewed.
Anyone who tells you that lipo or any other cosmetic procedure is an option apparently has never trusted life from any orifice of their bodies normally occupied by a three inch diameter probe.
Give it time Mom, stroll your baby and take care of yourself. The old you will soon be the new you, just take it slow.

Well, at least, thank goodness, you realize you shouldn't be wearing revealing clothes! Have you SEEN what people will hang out? There are some toning exercises that might help--get a pair of 2 lb weights and start working out a bit. If that doesn't do the trick, you may need to resort to liposuction. That's its purpose--for unsightly fat deposits. Shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred dollars.

Um, let's see here. You will have to get surgery to remove that. You can't lose the weight. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will!

have you ever heard the saying "it takes 9 months to put it on and 9 months to get it off" ??? at least give yourself chance for your body to readjust, i personally put all my weight on around my belly, 5 months later and i am still exercising EVERYDAY to get it off, don't compare yourself with celebrities either- they get tummy-tucks and liposuction aswell as having nannies to look after their babies whilst they work out all day, every day. just choose a realistic goal and go for it.
