if your are quite flexible it probably means you are in better shape overall than those who are not so inclined. If you are younger. The advantages of flexability become apparent in any sports activities you enjoy but the big thing about staying flexible is that it will be a big advantage as you get older. You most likely won't be as plagued with chronic pain associated with inactivity and recover faster and more fully from minor joint injuries from say a slip or fall. Nothing detracts from quality of life more than loosing ones mobility.

There are great advantages to being flexible. I've been practising yoga for 36 years and although I am overweight I never get the aches and pains that my friends get. I can walk, garden and dance for hours. I can reach items on the top shelves of stores that other women my height and age can't get to. (without getting too detailed it's also great to be flexible when it comes to sex !)

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.hesayyes.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

It varies from yoga and sports to relationships and sex. Depends on what you are talking about it for.
