sleep laughter???? is this normal/ wierd.?

i was havin a dream in wich i ws beating up a couple of people, and it was so funny to me that i started laughing.( remember this all happened while i was asleep.) the my sister came in the room and woke me up, but even then i could not, and did not stop laughing after around 10 seconds later...

I've had sad dreams and cried in my sleep before. My teacher friend's husband woke her up once when she was taking the class register in her sleep.

If the dream happens a few times, may be worth talking to someone about it. If not, don't bother about it. Pretty normal for emotional states in a dream to cross over after you've woken up.

That happens to me all the time! At sleepovers everyone is always telling me that all of a sudden i burst out laughing in the middle of the night. I wouldn't worry about it. People talk in their sleep all the time and they can laugh too!

it is normal, i done that last year, it was my first time that i know of laughing in my sleep, the reason why i know i was laughing in my sleep is because i woke my self up, becasue of myself laughing. and also my partner told me and was looking at me in a strange way when i woke up, and told me i was laughing in my sleep!! it is funny and it is good (well i think so) it beats having night meres. (i also think when this happens, you must be currently happy in your life atm (at the moment) or more relaxed and content, or less stressed.

that is funny lol haha, but i bet it was not funny for you so i have sympathy for you. What i advise you to do is get a dream interpreation done to see what it meant and why you had it could be much more deeper than you are thinkin it is right now

i had a dream and was laughing in it too... i woke myself up laughing... it's just your unconscious self getting kicks (literally and figuratively lol)
