At least in this case we have actual video evidence of Jake Brown's existence, unlike Bible God.

God doesn't need to prove Himself. Things, both good and bad, happen to all of us through our lives, but, sometime in everyone's life God comes to us on a personal level that we might believe Him or reject Him. If we receive Him and the Holy Spirit indwells us, we become very conscious of His working in our life and the many, many miracles He performs for us. Before that, we are pretty ignorant of how He takes care of us because we do not know Him personally.
God is not real because someone has a miracle.......miracles are real because someone has God. Why should anyone be impressed that God performs miracles? He is God. Deity. All powerful. All knowing. Ever present. Don't you expect God to be powerful enough to perform miracles? What you should be impressed with is His overwhelming love for those He created. Stupid, sinful, disobedient, ungrateful man! How could He love man so much He would sacrifice His only Son, Jesus, on the cross for the redemption of mankind, regardless of whether man will appreciate that act of love or not. I don't know about you, but that impresses me.

Faith in God should be based on the Bible not on "experiences". However experiences can be used to confirm what the Bible teaches.
As to your video, how do you know if that cyclist might be or be going to be a Christian and God was looking out for him or not? Maybe God sent one of his angels to keep that guy from getting killed and the experience might be used to turn him to God if he isn't already a believer.
Hebrews 1:13 And to which of the angels has he ever said, "Sit at my right hand until I make your enemies a footstool for your feet"? 14 Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation?

We are surrounded by miracle every day. The fact that your eye can translate images to your brain, the fact that a dead seed, when planted and watered returns to life, the fact that the sky grants water to the seed, and on and on. The problem is, these things are taken for granted, not as a grace of God. These things will witness against those who harden their hearts, and make themselves into their own god.
Any 'miracle' outside this defined norm, is usually done as judgment from God to condemn men even more. It is not to bring them to faith, for the testament to His existence surrounds them. They just ignore it.
