That is a strange question as most 'last supper' paintings are originals. Indeed the most famous (at the moment) is the mural painting 1495–1498 in Milan by Leonardo.
There isn't a true original, just many version on the theme.

Many original versions of the last supper have been painted ; but the most famous is a fresco by Leonardo da Vinci , located at Milan , Italy .
