how do you relieve side effects caused by peppermint? today i took medicine for digestion containing strong peppermint tincture and now feel nauseous and got bad pressure in my chest. i know it's peppermint cause had similar experience in the past. today took antacid, charcoal, digestive enzyme, ginger but nothing works. is there anything else to neautralize peppermint? thanks for any advice!

Instead of taking all of the other stuff for indigestion. Just drink a glass or bottle of water, I drink it cold daily with about 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in it.

I had ghastly indigestion for many many years and this has totally solved my problem.

It has something to do with the medicines killing off the good acid in your stomach and throwing it all out of balance. The lemon juice puts it all back in balance and stops the problem.

I began drinking it several years ago to improve my metabolism, that did not work but it did cure my acid reflux.
It is amazing to be indigestion free and eat whatever you want again.
