Nero, that's the one I use to burn Cd's and DVDs, works perfect letting you to make good arrangements and it featuring let you make from a heading to the movie to make chapters.

nero 7 always seems to be a popularchoice but i found a higher success rate out of using dvdsanta, and is a small program of about 2-4Mb so won't waste much memory and converts the file before burning and is free
i would suggest dvdsanta
google "dvdsanta download" and have a try

I second John's recommendation - Sothink is free and probably all you need; if it doesn't do the trick, try Winavi from the same site

Nero good but if you have windows vista use windows DVD maker its better.
