Canker sores or mouth ulcers as you call them are usually caused by food allergies. You have to keep a dairy on what you eat. to find out which foods cause you to break out. Most often than not as in my case, chocolates and nuts esp peanuts are the culprit.
Your stomach growls are due to the following: hunger, normal digestion going on, heavy meals, eating gas forming foods such as dairy products ; soda; garlic or onions, etc; and eating late at night esp just before going to bed.
Prolonged exposure to high ambient temperatures can cause excessive fluid loss and shock and may cause the body's temperature-regulating mechanism to fail causing dangerous elevations of body temperature.People planning outdoor activities should exercise caution, limit activity, and watch themselves and others for signs of heat exhaustion and strokes.
It’s very important to ‘listen’ to your body, and if you begin to feel weak or dizzy, know that it’s time to take a break, go indoors and cool down.
To gain more energy, you should eat honey . It's known to boost your energy level. Eat wholesome diets rich with fruits and vegetables; high protein diets such as tofu, beans;etc; take vitamins and minerals to fortify your immune system; adequate rest and sleep; exercise regularly; drink plenty of fluids; control your weight to maintain good energy levels.
Carbohydrates provide energy such as pasta, pancakes or bread;and potatoes. Eat high sugar fruits for quick burst of energy. . Watch your potassium level.if you've been very active and have perspired heavily, you've probably lost some potassium. This can lead to increased fatigue.
High potassium foods such as oranges, bananas, apricots or cantaloupe are an excellent choice.

Your stomach makes noises as it digests foods, and when gases are moving into the intestine. Nothing to worry about there.
A very tired body usually would cause a drop in temperature, as a high temperature would mean that the body would need to burn a lot of energy to raise your temperature. Your body could also be fighting some kind of disease such as a cold or flu. And sometimes something you eat can cause a temperature spike.
Mouth ulcers are usually caused by eating foods that are highly acidic. If I eat too many tomatoes, I get mouth ulcers from the acid content.
Energy can come from foods that have natural caffeine, such as apples and the like. I'd stay away from the "amped" energy drinks, as they contain high amounts of caffeine which aren't good for you.
Energy can also come from daily exercise. As your body tones up, it burns calories more efficiently, giving you more energy overall.
Also, be sure to drink plenty of water. Dehydration can cause you to feel sluggish and tired.
I hope these answer your questions?

Mouth ulcers may be that you are drinking alcohols too much or that you are smoking cigerattes
Don't know concerning that your stomach aches you or making noise...As it may be due to Diarrhea or constipation or simply you are hungry or you are under a certain diet which is against your habit and your stomach was used to a certain type of diet but this only occurs at the first
May be you are under stress and feel things but really if you go to a doctor he will say "Nothing but you feel stress"
THIS IS THE SIMPLEST TO SAY AND DO:
There are some advices to you to be more healthy:
I am going to say everything i know (EXCERCISES AND THE NON EXERCISED THINGS).
1) Why don't exercise every morning for 2 hours (It may be just running) ?
2) Please don't drink Central Nervous Stimulants as possible
Such as Coffee or Nescafe or tea as possible (Or maximum 2 cups).
3) I try this : Why don't you try the shakespeare stories?(TO read it)
Not kidding , I read that the American scientists found that those reading the shakespeare stories are mentally active. That's true because really shakespeare stories allow the mind to be working actively"Just keep your mind working"
4) Doing your favourite hobbies allow the brain to be active.
5) The most important things you must do is to eat vegetables. (They contain the anti-oxidants which kills any free radicals and therefore allow a healthy body and therefore a healthy brain.
6) Why don't you try the yoga?
May be hard at the first but it will be an excellent training.
7) Training Karate and Tikondo allow a healthy active Brain.
(I am doing it every day from 4 am th 6 am because i am trained to do so).
8) By the way a regulated body will allow the brain to be regulated too. (In other words, sleep early and wake early)
( I read it in a scientific magazine but for me this didn't work as much because my normal to sleep 2 hours daily at any time through the whole day because i am suffering from hyper activity. This is not a crash but just make me hyper active so much).
9) DO YOU KNOW THAT LAUGHING REACTIVATE THE BRAIN AND IT IS HEALTHY FOR YOUR BODY
I TRIED IT AND IT IS SO HELPFUL....
10) BY THE WAY, THIS THING I AM GOING TO SAY I DID IT AND REALLY I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT THAT ....
IF YOU FEEL TIRED THROUGH THE DAY DRINK A LOT OF WATER AND IT REALLY ACTIVATED ME SO MUCH MORE THAN COFFEE AND NESCAFE....
(I asked my doctor about that and he daid that is true. To explain , it will take a long time).
11) This is also strange, but it is so helpful ..
PLEASE, In summer drink hot drinks and in winter drink cold drinks. In other words, accomodate with environment..
This really make your whole body + the brain very healthy and so active and i am really doing this since i was child and i am continuing doing so and it is very very very very helpful.
If you don't believe me ask the doctors (If you are in a scientific college) or ask the physicians.
12) Playing games such cross words are very helpful too.
By the way , my family are doing so.
I am not saying that these things increase the age index level but at least keep you healthy and active and AGAINST ANY DISEASES AS POSSIBLE.

From what your describing I think the "stomach noises" should be your secondary concern. Running fevers while your in bed "nightsweats" and having ulcers in your mouth along with chronic fatigue could be the result of some type of disease process. You may want to re post your question and include your age and sex as well as any previous health problems. If nothing else just talk to your Dr. he would be able to pinpoint your problem much easier with a couple of blood tests.
