Don't set your self up to be tempted. If you are tempted by computer porn then get one of those programs that blocks sites that show porn or put your computer some place where other people in the house can see you using it or don't use the Internet or get rid of your computer.

Get into a men's support group at your local church or some other group designed to help men get over addiction to porn.
And most of all, pray to God to help you and to convict you and to see that pornography is a lie from the Devil who seeks to entice a person into sinful fantasies that demean the object of the fantasy who is created in God's image and to be loved with compassion and not lusted after like some dog in heat that can't control itself.

Anyways if you're male its almost impossible to, because males are charged positive in the lower centers and are more in line with their animal nature. The mind is not just centered in the brain, but the whole body, so most males think from their genitals. If you don't think from your genitals you still are chaged positive in the lower centers, and sense males are generative they must release energy. Most don't have the balance of mind necessary to not need to do that and work on themselves to not need to do that but put their energy into higher pursuits.
You could fast as means to get control over your mechanical actions that does not suit your ideal. Or the most success thing would be to get into a relationship with a female, although I don't think you want to find a female for these reasons, that would be sort of strange. However a female, if she is nurturing will raise up your energy and send it back to you at a higher vibration, in this way you would never look at that stuff, I don't believe. But it reflects a imbalanced mind. But we all need to become balanced, with some since that isn't their objective they can do as they please.

Porn can be funny, stimulating and educational. It doesn't cause your head to explode or prevent you walking. Its a simple choice do you want to watch it or not ;)
