Qura'nic verses testifying to the fact that Allah, Praise to Him, is One and peerless and can never have a partner in His authority, or a similitude, nor can He have a son, a daughter, an aunt, or any kin, are numerous; here are some of them:
(He is) the Originator of the heavens and the earth; He made mates for you from among yourselves, and mates of (and for) the cattle, too, multiplying you (humans and animals) thereby; nothing is like Him; and He is the Hearing, the Seeing. (42:11) Say: He, Allah, is One. Allah is He on Whom all (beings and things) depend. He does not beget, nor is He begotten. And none is like Him. (112:1-4) He is Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all). (39:4) Say: Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth? Say: Allah. Say: Do you then take besides Him guardians who do not control any benefit or harm for themselves? Say: Are the blind and the seeing alike? Or can the darkness and the light be equal? Or have they set up with Allah associates who have created creation like His, so what is created became confused to them? Say: Allah is the Creator of all, and He is the One, the Supreme. (13:16)

Allâh! Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), Al-Hayyul-Qayyum (the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists). Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission? He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills. His Kursî [1] extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great. [This Verse 2:255 is called Ayat-ul-Kursî ]

The concept of God is personal and beyond the grasp of reason and logic. It is a mortal's recognition about the imperfection or inadequacy of himself. It reflects one's attitude towards truth, beauty and goodness. It associates with the better qualities of being a human: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, meekness, faith, temperance, service, devotion, loyalty, fairness, honesty, hope, trust, goodness, tolerance... It is more than laws of nature and principles of philosophy.

GOD is the possibility of achieving a higher level of consciousness.
How we achieve this higher level is by making a forward thinking investment in ourselves and others.
The basic concepts of this investment are bonded by Love, Understanding, and Respect.
As such GOD is represented in many faiths.
God Bless!

God is God. Truth is truth. We abide within the mind of God, or the Whole. What people identify with God is more so God's laws, they are basically laws that are impersonal forces which maintain cosmic balance and move all things. One can't know God or the whole scope of that force until they know thy self, or else it is all impersonal.
