What is the name of the Israeli dance/rikudei am song (in Hebrew) that sounds like a brazilian techno song?

- lyrics at beginning of chorus sound like "od tir'i, od tir'i, od tir'i"
- Heard it played at the carmiel dance festival last week
- sounds a little like the italian soccer song (campione)

and who sings it?

Thanks!

BASHANA HABA-A (The Coming Year)

1. Bashana haba-a neshev al hamirpeset
Venispor tziporim nodedot
Yeladim bekhufsha yesakhaku tofeset
Beyn habait leveyn hasadot

Refrain

Od tir'e od tir'e
Kama tov yihie bashana haba-a

2. Anavin adumim yavshilu ad haerev
Iugshu tzonenim lashulkhan
Yerukhot redumim yiesu al em haderekh
Itonim yeshanim veanan

Refrain

3. Bashana habaa nifros kapot yedayim
Mul haor hanigar halavan
Anafa levana tifros baor knafayim
Mul hashemesh tizrakh betokhan

Refrain

Meaning: The words to Bashana Haba'a tell about next year, when peace will come, we shall return to the simple pleasures of life so long denied us. You will yet see how good it will be next year. Next year we will sit on the porch and count migrating birds. Children on vacation will play catch between the house and the fields. Red grapes will ripen till the evening, and will be served chilled to the table. And languid winds will carry to the crossroads old newspapers and a cloud. Next year we will spread out our hands towards the radiant light. A white heron, like a light, will spread her wings and within, then, the sun will rise.

Never heard of it. Is it circle dance or a lines (shurot) dance? tried looking for it on shiron.net, but couldn't find. Sorry.
How was the dance festival? I was there last year. It was soo nice. Couldn't go this year, though :(
