Really, it can be as simple as, "would you like to get some dinner?" or "There's a great movie out *insert movie title here* Have you seen it? Would you like to?"
Though, girls can be hopeless romantics so writting a silly poem, though it may sound lame is a good way to get a girl's attention. For example:
"You have eyes that shine so bright
Would you go out with me tonight?"
Yeah, it may sound lame and cheesy, but that may just be the factor that get's her interested, and says yes! Though it depends on the girl.
Though a phone call and a conversation is always okay too. Just make sure it's not entirely out of the blue. Maybe start with, "what are you doing this weekend" or something along those lines. I hope it all works out, and I hope I was a little bit of help. Good luck!

Well just sart talking to them and get to be friends and suddenlyt just go up to em and act postivily cool! And ask them you doing anything friday night and if they say no then ask them to go to the movies! Or the beach or out to eat. It happens! Oh another way is to give her a git then ask her out on a date like a ring or roses with a teddy bear!
