I don't think there is one particular thing, but what is really special to me is when it is prepared with care and presented beautifully. I have wonderful memories of a variety of dishes that give the whole experience around it an aura of love.

In the south of france I found a tiny restaurant a few thousand feet up in the alps and had wild mushroom quiche and wild mushroom omellette, they were made with mushrooms that had just grown overnight during a rainstorm and had been picked 10 minutes before we had our food! Definitely the most amazing thing I have ever tasted! Infact you have made my mouth water thinking about it so I'm going to give you a star!

A medium-well filet mignon fro a steakhouse in CA called the Idle Spurs! It melted in your mouth!

I once ordered a Chinese with my friend and we got this delicious chicken cooked with chillis and onions in some sort of sticky sauce. To this we cant remember what it was called!

A ravioli of Lobster at Gordon Ramsays Aubergine restaurant...that was before he was a media star and concentrated on his cooking....must be almost 12 years ago and I still remember it...a simple dish, but you could taste every last flavour.....magic.

It was a Chateau-Briand steak in a very posh London restaurant. It was absolutely gorgeous!
