Losing weight takes time, putting on weight , 3 days, losing those extras, 3 months. Keep your weight how as it always been. Lose a little but not drastic, good luck! Maybe you can consume dietry products, fiber drink and cut down fats and meats.

Personally, ignore the BMI. It does not differentiate between muscle fatty tissue, so someone with no fat but lots of mscle could be classed as overweight!! It should depend more on how you think you look/feel. Yuo sound healthy, so it's safe to assume you probably have a bit of muscle, and if you are exercising every day you have a good level of fitness. So how do you look? Probably a lot better than most people who are your size but don't exercise.

If you want to lose some excess weight in certain areas, that's fine, but don't do it because a hopelessly inaccurate BMI scale tells you to!!

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getgoinfo.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

It relies upon on your bone physique. in case you're small boned it somewhat is in all probability somewhat too lots weight. in case you're great boned it could be purely right for you. in case you do not sense good then provide a advance to your work out and consume heavily. At one hundred forty four pounds i'm some length 8 or 10 (American) and that relies upon on the producer. I evaluate myself great boned and seem reliable at that length.

It's mostly emotional. It's an American/world problem. Try these:
