If you believe that "heaven" is the action of living blissfully after the judgment day, then does it mean that it is a future event? If you use the present tense when refering to heaven, do you do it because you think "heaven" is happening right at this moment?

No mean answers.

We based our description of heaven according to the words of God in the bible. We are doing it now when somebody will ask question and that is present tense but we are describing heaven for the future tht may happen according to the Bible.. I advise you to read the bible first and understand it and in case you doubt of the meaning just ask my representation and I will answer you on the right and true meaning. These are my sources.

I think Heaven is comprised of "spiritual levels". By that I mean that heaven is a place of Beauty, Grace and Knowledge. Just as we go to school to learn things, I think that Heaven can also be the same way. Just because we go to Heaven doesn't mean that we stop learning. The more you learn the higher spiritual plane/level you are on.

To me, Heaven is constant ~ right now.

Peace!

I don't know , were you get the idea that any one is going to heaven. there is nothing in the Bible saying we are going to heaven, in fact God in coming down to earth to be with His people for ever. This is in the Bible (Rev. 21)
There are three Heavens, One, where we see the clouds, and two, where the stars are, and the third is where God's Kingdom is. At t6he end time all this and the earth will be burned away, and a new earth and a new Heaven will be born.

Yours is a very intelligent question, especially because it made me stop and think.
I believe that "heaven" is ongoing. Therefore, "heaven" transgresses all tenses past, present, and future.

it is both in present, future and past tense.
God stands outside of time. Heaven is His dwelling place therefore all time applies.

Heaven is anywhere Hell isn't! Like light and darkness
don't fill the same void, neither does good and evil. Present
or future tense is irrevelent...time has no bearing on God
Almighty.

there is a spiritual heaven now, where the souls of the saved dead go, and a physical heaven on earth when the millennium takes place and after. so it was before we were, it's now and it always will be.
