Please help me out here. I'm just trying to understand this whole concept.

it's definitely there........no idea why,other than brits with ginger hair and porcelain white skin and red blushed cheeks look funny(sorry if you're a ginge)
Usual insults are ginger minger(cheap and dirty) carrot top(hillbilly equivalent)

Im naturally ginger (altho i dont ever let my roots come through LOL) and i hate my hair colour!
when i was growing up my dad always used to say that people with red hair have an extra chromosone that makes them mad (thanks dad!!)
i have a VERY fiery temper lol but im not sure if its anything to do with having ginger hair or the fact that im just insane most of the time !!
I used to get called gwar and that in school but it never really bothered me as i started dying my hair when i was about 15 anyway.
i dont think its just in the uk tho, i think its all over the world!
over in asian countries they dont have many red heads there, when my dad lived in saudi arabia someone offered him a camel for my mum as he had never seen a woman with that colour hair - im pretty sure he was tempted to swap lol but she came home with him!

It happens, dont know why, it ir really awful and not fair. A woman has just sued someone for discrimination, because of the bullying as she had red hair, and she won the case. People who come out with these stupid comments are low and stupid (and iv not got red hair)

There's no real good reason why we make fun of people with ginger hair here, but one taunt that is often used is "ginga minga" - in other words ginger and ugly. Most people don't think that ginger is a nice hair colour to have . . . no good reason really.

i got red hiar and i dont have bad temper any way its not limmited united kingdom. its realy probly because most red heads are shy and act wierd around people sometimes. but im a red head and iv become one of the most popular people in school
did you no that red heads cant feel pian well i cant im allso the strongest person in school and the fastes

Probably because they look Irish??? Ya know red hair, freckles....I'm all Irish myself. Supposed to hate the english people, but I don't see the point in being concerned with b.s that happened hundreds of years ago. I wasn't involved :)

well im naturally dark brown but i dye mine a kind of reddish colour. redheads all the way!! its stupid to discriminate over hair colour, nothing wrong with ginger people at all.
