Can I add another name to my motorcycle registration in CA?

I have a lien hold with the bank also.

Not if there is a lien on there. The only way to do it would be to refinance with that person, so the bank does a new contract with the other name.

If there is a lien, there is probably nothing you can do with the title or registration except pay it off. The registration will have only the title holders name on it. You can't register something you don't own or have your name on.
