Best thing to do for right now is to keep him hydrated by
giving him spoonfuls of water every hour on the hour. Pedialite is even better. Feed him canned moist food.
Get him to the vet as soon as you can because vomiting and diarehha are just symtons of something eles wrong. Defently needs a vets attention. Had almost the same problem myself, and my cat had a virus that led to a secondary bacterial infection. He probably would not have recoverd without Antibiotics. Best of luck, God bless.
