Is there a drug that people carry in a capsule and it smells really bad.

Mucomyst. I hear it smells like sulfur.

Here, this orange juice is perfectly tasty! Yummm!

That's what they do in the hospital in a vain attempt to hide the massive nastiness that is mucomyst. It doesn't work. :(

P.S. don't overdose on Tylenol, or else you will discover how nasty the OJ can be. LOL!
