My older sister shes 3 years older then me. (16) Shes criticle of evrey thing on me. She says I'm fat wich not (I don't think I am, just a little bit of a roll on my stmoach (don't alot of people?) Shes criticle of my hair and the color wich is a light blonde. Shes mean about the way I dress and who I am friends with, Like she would say I don't want you seeing her anymore she will give you a disses. (shes not gross or dosn't do drugs just a normal person) and like say if I was doing somthin new (like meeting a new person) she would make me let her pick out my clothes or she would get pissed off. (and I chose my clothes fine). She really hurts my feelings I have told her to please stop treating me like this and she would say somthing like, Oh god grow up I'm not like that. My mom as told her to be nicer but she bascialy says the same thing she says to me. What should I do?
(I think I spelt a few things wrong so please don't insult me)

Find out why she's like that. It may not lead to a cure, but it will help you put up with it. Is your mum apathetic? That can make older sisters be critical, trying to fill what they see as a gap. Try taking what she says as constructive criticism instead of nastiness (even if it isn't.) Eventually it'll tone her down a bit. If she says "your clothes are awful" you say "Really? What do you think would look better?" If she's 16, it could be that she's feeling insecure about her image, and sees your behaviour as reflecting on her. Silly, but common. If you think this might be the case, see how you can back her up. When she's getting ready to go out, tell her she looks good as you casually wander past. It may or may not do any good, but it'll pass the time until she grows out of this phase...

I have a sister who is a lot like her. My sister is 11 months older than me. I can tell you looking back on it she was really jealous of me. Your sister sounds insecure about herself and to make herself feel better she cuts you down.
I bet that your sister can see that she hurts you with her words and actions. Your best bet is to ignore her and when she sees what she does doesn't affect you she will eventually stop.
My sister use to drop her friends if they became my friends, say I was stupid, would make me walk home when she was supposed to give me a ride, I could go on for days so I know what you are dealing with.
Try to see it is she who has the problem and not you. She is getting a reaction - that is what she wants. Don't let her get to you. I know it is hard.

It sounds like she treats you more like a daughter than a sister and i must fess up, i do that to my borther too, just not as bad. I don' think she means any harm, she is just looking out for you, trying to better and take care of you. You should tell your sister "I know that you're trying to look out for me and that's why you act like this, but sometimes you hurt my feelings like when you call me fat so can you please take it down a few notches?" And remember, it's all in good intentions.

Don't let her insult you! You see, all older siblings(like me) love to tease their younger siblings. But if you younger siblings actually retorted back, older siblings would stop.
Also, another trick would be to act more mature than her. She'll probably stop once she sees that the insults are not working.

she is just being a jerk! ignore the rude comments she makes, act like they do not affect you at all, after a while of doing this she will get bored with trying to yank you chain and leave you alone
