i have a question regarding my computer that has windows vista?

by mistake i pressed a wrong key on my computer and the computer went to safe mode.But now when the computer is in safe mode i feel it hard to run any programe ,i have tried running previous known configuration but it did not worked.Please help me in getting it out of the safe mode

You could try rebooting and press the F8 key while the BIOS is handing the reins over to the Windows Vista boot loader so that the Vista boot-menu appears. From that menu, choose to boot normally.
