part one's hair in a different way every couple of months to a year, or let it be in the same part for any amount of time? Does it really make a difference?

The way(s) and frequency of changing one's part has absolutely no effect on one's health.

It's always nice for an aesthetic (appearance) change, but it won't affect your hair or health in any way.

I believe the only way that you can actulaly hurt your head is to have you hair pulled to tightly into a long period of time. Parting doesnt have much to do with it
