Okay I'm 16, I;m a very sweet slim Hispanic guy. I've been called cute, fine, gorgeous. I've even been called the best looking person in my grade level. I dress well, I'm very clean, and present myself well.I've also been called one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Here's the thing, with all the things I've mention above, I've never had a girlfriend! I'm way to shy to approach a girl, and while I've been hit on by plenty of girls, i've never been asked out. I'm very quite, and have been labeled stuckup, just for being to quiet(which is not the case). Can anybody help me with this?
Also I'm hispanic, but I'm not attracted to hispanic girls that much, I rather date an African-American, which i feel plays a big part,.

Some people say to get a job you should just start working there like it's already yours. Maybe instead of focusing on asking her out you should treat her like you're already dating her (but respectfully), things could just fall into place. I had similar problems. Take advantage of any chance you get to bond.
Approaching someone shy should be easier.

why cant a girl ask a guy out.......its not always up to the guy to ask a girl out.........you dont have to be shy.....im sure any girl would love to have you as a bf......you just havent found the right girl yet she will come around soon
