I dont think a person can get that buff or any buff at all. To get muscular, you have to work out good and consistently for atleast 6 months to see some real results. Dont try and rush it because you will end up regreting it. Anyways what im trying to say is that in 2 weeks you might feel better and stronger but to get significant results that you and everybody else can see, you will have to workout out well for atleast half a year.

Hope this helps

lol you wont see alotta progress...for varied reasons

one, if ur trying to get buff, then that means u gotta put on mass

ur gunna need to eat a balanced meal of good carbs everyday along with protein

plus, since ur lifting heavy, ur body needs to rest and repair. so working every part of the body everyday is outta the question..u wont get a good workout u wouldnt have any energy left and you would feel weak

bulking up....sorry dude takes at least a year.

ive been bulking up since 4 months ago and i still need work(but i have seen progress)

cuz its all about commitment

u wanna get buff?

lift heavy
low reps
ALOT of protein and GOOD carbs(NO SUGAR,FATS OR BAD CARBS!!)

ive basically been living off vegetables, fruits, wheat and nuts(u get used to it lol)

thats just a basic look at getting buff

if ur serious about it ill give u a detailed description and a workout schedule and some advice

That's not even healthy. You have to allow your muscles a chance to relax in between working out. They retain memory, so you work out one day in one area and the next day in another area. After 6 weeks, you will begin to see a difference. Three months is much more significant. It took me six months to see a true difference in my body chnages. I went from 165 to 140 and lost inches, gained tone and muscle and looked about 10 years younger than my real age. I also started to eat right. Be careful not to slip back into your old routine!

15 days 3 hours a day. Your gonna hurt yourself! But you might get stronger. I stopped lifting weights for like 3 months, and when i got back i could lift it like 15 times. But after a week, i could lift it like 30 times. Might not necessarily be the same situation, but I'm sure you'll see some results.

It takes a good year to see significant results. Your body's metabolism changes when you start working out. It takes time.

At the end of 15 days you will feel better, I know that.

It takes 6 months or so. You just get started after 2 weeks.

not very at all. 1st of all at the max amount a muscle someone can typically and healthily put on is 2lbs a week 15days would be 4lbs of muscle and thats considering you are working out properly and eating/sleeping right(i would shoot for a goal of about 1lb per week) anyways you wouldnt even achieve that working out nonstop because to build bulk you need a day rest inbetween to recover....if you dont you'll actually hinder your muscle growth
