My friend is 23 (she is going to turn 24 in a month). Last year she noticed the meat in her upper arm is less firm than when she was a teen and last year she noticed it's wobbly. It wasn't wobbly when she was a teen- it was nice and firm. When she touches it- it wiggles like jello. Now just this week she noticed the meat or tissue in her lower arm has also become less firm and now it's wobbly. Since a month ago she noticed the skin of her face is also less firm. Maybe she's now losing the elastic of her skin. Is she getting old? I heard people do begin to go downhill and get old slowly in the mid-20's. Is this happening to her? When she was a teen she had a nice firm body.

Nahhh a friend of mine is almost fifty and looks fan-darn-tastic she hit's the gym 3 times a week and eats right. She looks maybe 30 and could crack walnuts with her thighs. Maybe your friend just doesn't really care. It's never too late to look and feel great. The trick is not becoming apathetic. Especially if she's married and has kids and a job. Finding time to take care of herself may not be so easy. If she wants to do something, tell her to do it now. It only gets harder as you get older. Good luck

That is too soon to go downhill fast. Loose weight and work out. She has 10 years or so if she stays fit.

Well, Im not sure, but I think this is part of growing..
Mid-20's. yeah you expect to "change" somehow, and theres a 50/50 chance that you won't be as healthy and nice-looking as you were in your teenage years.
