I know when I was a Junior, I had a lot of Freshman girls who liked me and I always remembered one girl because of her smile and her flirty eye contact - she came up to me and said "Do you remember how it felt to open Christmas gifts on Christmas morning when you were a kid? That's how I feel when you look at me..." Pretty strong but I never forgot it - we dated for awhile after that but her approach was what caught me off guard and she was different from the rest of the girls - use what you have - if you're funny, make him laugh - if you're pretty, make him look -if you're smart, make him think - you have unique traits about your personality that he will love as long as you're sincere and you be yourself - good luck

Well, you can try to make eye contact with him and hold his gaze for longer than usual whenever you see him. Throw him a smile and that might just knock him out *winks* I'm sorry, but I don't usually see a freshman dating a junior at my high school because they just don't mix. Juniors usually date juniors and sometimes sophmores, but freshmans...uh, they don't really pay attention to them that much. However, you might be the exception though!! You just have to have that confidence and try to talk to him first. Start saying hi when you see him and go with the flow. Good luck!

Just be yourself. No fronts.

It might be a shocker but,

Buy 'him' something special but small that may stand out from the rest of your peers.

Start your Boldness.
Maybe a few weeks after school starts, invite him over your house or do something together you and him.

Don't wait an procrastinate or some Junior Gal could beat ya the the mat and snatch him out of your hands.

Just be yourself. If you have to put on an act to get his attention, you are trying too hard. If you respect yourself, others will see that and being self-confident is attractive. Then go up to him when it won't be intrusive and say hello. Introduce yourself and ask him a question. His response will tell you a lot about the kind of person he is, and help you decide if he is worth pursuing. Being pushy or in his face too much makes you looks needy or even obsessed. You do not want to project that image to others. Be true to yourself first.

JEFF is just being abnoxious, Don't listen to him. You could always get close to one of his friends girlfriends or wait and catch him in the library. Either way be yourself and don't rush to make a fool of yourself. He's bound to have a soft spot somewhere, SO FIND IT.
