NROTC students live like all other students... in the dorm, in a fraternity, or out in town in an apartment.

My lil Brother attended UC Berkeley on NROTC scholarship back in the mid 80's... he spent the first year in a dorm room with a guy from the swim team and a doper-philosophy student. The next year he rented an apartment with three other NROTC classmates.
