Iam not sick I just can't sleep can you help?

turn off the tv, the computer the radio, and the lights. Lay down, and focus on your breathing, don't let thoughts or sounds distract you, focus on your breathing and only your breathing, slow and deep, just focus on your breathing and nothing else....I do that, I am asleep in five minutes tops.

Imagine you are standing at the top of a flight of stairs....slowly step down one stair at a time counting each step as you slowly walk down....with most people at the bottom of the staircase you are relax enough to fall asleep.....or tighten all you muscles in you body then relax....or take a shot a NyQuil or drink some alcohol. i have quite a bit of trouble sleeping myself. if you can't stay asleep, i don't know a solution. if you just can't fall asleep, i have a suggestion. there is a pill called melatonin. you can get that and it is supposed to help relax your body and help you to fall asleep.

dude this isnt a joke, i read somewhere masturbating before you sleep can make you sleep better. it works for me.
