either they say they don't have a girlfriend just to get with you when they really have one, or they take things too casually and date other girls while talking to you, why are all guys the same?

I'll answer that one for you, when you can tell me why women pretend to have boyfriends (even though they really don't), and when you can explain why women date around as well (to include "getting back to someone later in the week" about a date, presumably so they have a chance to search for someone better to date).
What goes around, comes around, I guess.

Not all are the same. Some are genuinely nice. No one will ever have any idea why some guys are jerks.
FACTS:
Guys do act jerky to girls they like
Guys mature mentally two years or so slower than girls.
END FACTS.
Why is it wrong for them to date other girls and talk to you though? If it's flirting, then it's becuase guys are perves and even married men do it... even the nice married men.
Guys are just naturally sexual beings. It's something we girls have to deal with.
But if guys cheat on you, you are better than them.

Not all of us are the same. Guys who are shy are not usually jerks. Try dating a shy guy.

why do gals think they are special, and that there is no one else like them ( there are plenty ) and their unique.. one of a kind and deserve some sort of princess treatment ( doors opened, dinners bought, jewelry lavished ) and that they have no social ills?
when you can fix that
you see a better class of guy

That's what we are. All girls = SEX to us, except for that "1" girl whom we wanna marry. So 99.999% of girls are jsut meat, THUS we are jerks to them
