I know it sounds gross but you need to watch a SOFT-CORE porn movie. Something that is sensual and romantic at times. Then you need to watch a hard-core porn movie. Something that shows the dirtiness of sex. Now after looking at both of them you'll see what men and women do in order to please each other. I know it's gross but you'll go over it.
