Do all offices get Labor Day off ? Thanks for your input. I just want to make sure before I buy tickets for a vacation on that day.

If you work for a Government Agency or a Bank, most likely. Other then that its up to your employeer.

My mortgage company was always open on labor day. Many of the lenders I deal with are open, they are banks but their mortgage dept is open, and those are all office jobs.

I would say its 50/50. But I wouldnt expect to have it off just because you work in an office.

Almost all offices close on Labor Day. But ask your employer before making firm plans. If you have an employee manual, it should list the holidays you will be off.

Why are you asking here? We don't know the answer. Grow up. Ask you boss, the HR department or better yet READ your employee handbook.

No, it's not definite. But, probable. Check with the boss.

I have my team working!
