I've always used Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo mixed with clear Dial antibacterial bodywash on my piercings. Paul Mitchell also has a Tea Tree liquid hand soap that I use too, but the shampoo is cheaper and works just as well.... :)

i have 8 body piercings right now and i have always used Dial antibacterial soap. it kinda does dry the skin out a little but if you rub a tiny lil bit of aquaphor ointment on (avoiding the open wound)...it will work out 100%
