Do 20 sets of as many pushups as you can do one day, then 10-15 sets of as many crunches the next.
Use a farther grip on your pushups to work the chest more.

Push-ups, pull-ups, triceps push-ups, crunches, and the list is endless on the abs workout. I am not sure of all the names, but go on the web and look up ab workouts and you will get a lot that do not require you to use any equipment. There are other exercises for the chest which can also been searched on the web. A lot of the sites should show you how to do the exercise as well.

Push-ups in the morning and in the evenings. Start doing a sort of push-up knock-down routine. Do as many push-ups as you can do, say you're a beginner and get to 30. Catch your breath and do as many as you can, might be 25. Do it again at 20, 15, 10 then 5.
I don't know what to do about abs without equipment. Get an ab-wheel, it's cheap but good (if you don't have a bad back).

Push ups.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

The classics would be: sit-ups and push -ups.
Sit-ups - crunches, side lifts, cross over sit up, and a v. This will strengthen one of the biggest, but most neglected muscles in the abdomen. Sit with your feet straight in front of you, lift your legs up, then lift your hands toward your toes, while keeping your back straight and your head pulled out of your shoulders, try to hold it for a count of 10 3 to 5 times.
Push-up - plank, classic push up, one handed, holding in half push up position
There are many variations on these. A great way is to learn yoga.
good luck,
