If you want to know why do guys stare at these things you should study them physical and psychologically this behaviors " stare at a girls chest or just at a girl" as the socioiogy come out naturally from us without any intent but inside to that we have something called shy it is a humanity part and one of our personalty complex and if you loss some part from your complex you will feel uncontrolled.
so we talk bout problem we face every day and every time it is not stare at things no it is what happened to us these days there is no morals, if you want to see the beauty there is no problem and i am with you but i am not with your way you should put your self in the same situation and then act ,i mean if you feel that the girl respond to you take your move if else stop annoying her and fly away.

Usually the good guys try not to stare at a girl's chest/other features, but even the best of guys even have this flaw. Why not try embarassing them and calling them out on what they're doing? I think mostly Curiosity. When a Guy sees a women with big brest, They r thinkin "Damn I wanna piece of that" or " Ill tear that girl up" Brobably 4 sex. But some guys dont always think like that. Some of them will treat them with respect and dont expect much in return.

Because we are guys. We were born with hormones, is that such a crime? Perhaps we find something attractive on you. You should appreciate when we do cause then we pursue interest, possibly a romantic one. Or maybe it is just an awe of something that is so nice to look at. It is just us being human, and don't think it is limited to men. I am married but I always enjoy when my wife stares at my features, and she definitely enjoys when I stare at hers, whether it is her chest, hair, legs, etc. etc. Perhaps, if you don't like this about men, you either find a purely wholesome Christian or Mormon man who will barely want to touch you, let alone look at you. Or find a woman, like yourself.
