How do you make a virgin Blue Hawaii or Blue Hawaiian or whatever it's called, drink?

The Best Blue Hawaiians are Frozen or Blended.

However, depending on where in the world you are the recipe may vary. Also, In most night clubs it is served on the rocks in a hurricane glass. The best part about home bartending is you have a chance to tweak things around until you find the flavor you absolutely like best.
Here is the recipe for it. Stash the keys and have a good time.
1 oz light rum
1 cherry
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 oz cream of coconut
1 slice pineapple

Blend light rum, blue curacao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut with one cup ice in an electric blender at high speed. Pour contents into a highball glass. Decorate with the slice of pineapple and a cherry.

You cannot duplicate this drink being virgin, however here is the original recipe:

3/4 oz. Light Rum
3/4 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix

I would substitute the blue caracao with blue razz mixer for martinis (found at any grocery store non alcoholic)

and add coconut milk. This is a difficult drink to duplicate non alcoholic seeing that most of the drink has alcohol content. Happy drinking!
