He was having strokes weeks ago, but then they stopped after a few days, but then this started happening.

The strokes could have caused a paralysis of his digestive system. I know I've heard of it happening in people. You really should bring him to the vet because noticeable weight loss is a definate sign of illness.

most likly its worms almost all cat and dog get worms ans should be dewormed 2 times a year talk with your vet they will sell you worm pills./
