it is a truly rare computer that has video inputs. most computers have a video monitor output only and that requires the F7 key or such to activate. audio can be handled by the sound card, that normally requires a mini-phono plug for the line input. most computers require a video capture card to be added to the pci bus, and that normally has rca connections for stereo audio and video. most camcorders come with an A/V output adaptor cable with rca connections.
