Ok here is another special summer fresh dessert: in a bowl combine 2 cans of condensed milk and then squeeze some limes or lemons until you taste it citric enough. Then in apyrex put some graham crackers at the bottom, preferably in large crumbles and then pour the citric mixture on top and chill a couple of hours. If you want you can make them individually, like in champagne glasses or wine glasses and just before serving add a splash of wipped cream and put some berries on top. Stylish, easy, sexy and fresh for a perfect summer evening.
Dont forget to set the table with scented candles and flowers, and good luck! Some nice relaxing music too.

Chocolate dipped strawberries
Get some nice looking good sized strawberries - organic tend to be sweeter than regular but it's up to you. Wash them and dry them well - leave the leaves on.
Buy some nice dark chocolate - Callebaut is a bit pricey but tastes great.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler - put the chocolate in a pan and put that pan in another that has very hot (not quite boiling) water in it - this will keep you from burning the chocolate and wasting your money.
Dip the strawberries in the chocolate - just make sure the berries are dry - any little bit of water will make the chocolate dull - but won't affect the taste, so don't worry about it too much.
Put the dipped strawberries on wax paper and put them in the frig until you are ready to serve them - with champagne is a nice touch.
You don't need to make many - a 1/2 dozen should do the trick.
Taste great and are very impressive - and if your girlfriend is on a diet - it won't blow her calorie count out the window like some desserts can!
Good luck!

I'm all about a nice slice of angel food cake topped with some thawed sweetened strawberries and whip cream. Extra brownie points for plating it yourself:)
Also nice is a mixture of fresh berries- just pile them into a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, and toss to coat. Let them sit covered in the fridge while you have dinner and the sugar will bring out the berries' natural juices. Top with whip cream when ready to serve and enjoy!
Have fun!

Slice and bake cookies. C'mon, can't you turn on the oven and watch the cookies for 10 minutes? If not, buy a ready made pound cake and put some whip cream and strawberries on it.
Cooking is very impressive!

Buy yourself a frozen pound cake,a small package of frozen strawberries in sauce, a small package of fresh strawberries, and two cans of the extra heavy Redi-Whipped cream. Two presentation options:
1 - plate, slice of cake, whipped cream, fresh berries, drizzle sauced berries over and around plate
2 - large, clear tall glass, berries in sauce, cake cubes, fresh berries, cream; repeat all.
In season, easy, tasty, really looks like you made an effort. Good with champagne.

Strawberries with chocolate to dip them in. You can get some really good chocolate dip in the produce department I think it is by marzetti's and you just pop it in the microwave to warm it up, or you can get some chocolate flavored cool whip. Just take the time to put it in another bowl not the one it comes in, and rinse your berries and let them dry on some paper towels.

go to your grocers and get one of those premixed brownie packages. get some toppings like a box of smarties or package of chocolate chips or even nuts.
the baking is really easy on the back of box, even you can do it, just add oil, eggs, pour the mixture into pan and put in oven for indicated min.
before you put it in, you can add the topping you chose and it will turn out great!! really impress her....
