I'm thinking he'd bash almost everyone, based on the posts I see from many, many of his followers. I've been a regular visitor here for months, and the filth I see spewed - every single day - against atheists, Muslims and even other sects of Christianty (especially Mormons) just sicken me. These posts are generally not from 'trolls' - they're mostly from users with level 3 and higher accounts. So don't try the 'troll' excuse. I do post silly questions when I'm here killing time but I almost always try to not be offensive, yet I received an email from a Christian friend last night taking me to task for a comedic take on Pascal's Wager. Tonight, it's just more of the same atheist bashing. Why do I have to be nice, but Christians can say whatever they want? Would Jesus want to stifle the opinions of everyone who was different from him?
Who would Jesus bash and attempt to silence?

But you'll notice, A-Theist, that the Christian bashing questions (I don't deny that they're asked) are almost exclusively asked by level 1 trolls. Christians won't tolerate that bashing, but Christians who bash others apparently aren't reported very much. How else would they get to higher levels? In short, that kind of bashing is seemingly okay.....

It's funny. I keep thinking if Jesus was on this forum, he would go with the flow and be as amused and unoffended as I am.

God and Jesus Christ are one and the same (John 10:30) so they don't need to express love for one another. God IS LOVE. God is Holy and God is a Spirit (John 4:24) so God IS HOLY SPIRIT. And since Jesus Christ is also GOD (John 1:1) and CREATOR (John 1: 1-3) and since Jesus Christ is also Holy and Jesus Christ is also a Spirit - logically Jesus Christ is also Holy Spirit. There are three that bear witness in heaven, The Father, the Word (Jesus Christ Revelation 19:13) and the Holy Spirit AND THESE THREE ARE ONE (1 John 5:7). That's why when a person is saved, they are commanded to repent and be water baptized (identifying yourself with death and burial INTO Christ's death and burial Romans 6:& 4), - which is baptism in the NAME OF (that's ONE NAME of) Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19) and that is precisely because Father, Son and Holy Spirit are ONE (1 John 5:7).

I'm trying to see how I can say he'd bash me or anyone else.
I think that people being judgmental of others while claiming Christ are in serious danger. I know I've sounded anti-Christian but I can't stand thinly disguised bigotry or intolerance. I'm not referring to Christians that follow Jesus by loving God and loving everyone. I have said Christians were bad without specifying the type of Christian I'm referring to. I'm so sorry I did that.
To those spiritual preppies in their elite fraternity for Jesus looking down on the rest of us because we're all going to Hell, you need to look around. Read the Gospels and replace the term Pharisee with your denomination and get a secret message.

What a perfectly fine question. :-)))
I suspect that most of the 'Christians' who have read my answers relating to the life and doings of the man ( I repeat man ) Yashua Bin Yusef, which are based on careful research, not bible-parroting, would like to think that their largely fictitious hero would lay into me in a big way, and all the many others who tryt o set the 'record' straight.
I have another idea though. I suspect that were the man personified by the 'Teachings' to manifest himself here and now, that he would recognise a fellow spirit, engaged in the very same 'work' as he, and his brothers, and his cousin, John the Baptist, were all trying to do, in their time.
I refer in this not to the earthly liberation of the Israelites from Roman domination, although that was a primary objective of the Essene and Zealot movements. I do refer to the far deeper understandings represented in those teachings about the nature of 'reality', and our human role here, in this dense, heavy realm.
This man would silence no-one, except maybe the modern day equivalents of the hypocrites that he alledgedly tried to silence then.

You don't have to be nice, Funny, but by doing so you show your quality. It's not easy taking the high road, but you do it well, and should be proud of the respect you've earned from the many here, whether you share the same beliefs or not.

Those who judge others. Especally those who tell others God is going to send them to hell as if they had the right to speak for God in such matters. Matthew 7:1-5

Again the perception of an atheist and reality are in conflict. I haven't seen much atheist bashing--I have seen some I do admit. But mostly I've seen atheists bashing Christians. Do all atheists see just what they want to see or is it just some?
