Ok well i have these werid red things on my but and they really hurt wha should i do and does any one know what they are called? Please help me bc i worry!

They are pimples. Put clearasil on them.
Wear clean panties every day, and sleep without panties if possible [ loose short or pajama bottoms instead. ]
Also, [ I know, it sounds dumb ] exfoliate your butt cheeks in the shower once a week - I think you should do your whole body every week.
Don't sit on uncovered toilet seats in public restrooms - use the toilet paper if you have to.[ some people are really gross in their hygiene. ]
If the pimples get bigger, harder, and purple, go to the doctor for antibiotics.

could be pimples, or could be Hemmorhoids. If you are constipated and/or pushing hard on the toilet they could be hemmorhoids
