Technically yes, you could grow it (it's only a weed after all.) It won't bud properly or be of any use as anything other than a houseplant, however. It would have the potency of ditchweed and be very scrawny.

Blacklight does not have sufficient of a spectrum to grant for optimim photosynthesis, that's needed for leaf growth and progression.

Yes and you can grow it behind your dryer too....my fiancee used to do it. The heat from the dryer subs as the sun

nope, black light doesn't allow photosynthesis to take place, you can only grow mushrooms with a black light.
