I am 5'5 and weight 130. i'm not overweight at all. I wear a size 3 to a 5 in jeans. A size small top. My legs are skinny and muscular and my arms are all muscle too. I'm not the skinniest person when it comes to my stomach. Do you think i'm fat? I already lose 30 pounds! I want to maybe only lose 5 more before school. What do you think? Be honest!

I think you're perfect.
but if you want to lose weght try some of these:

build muscle. it'll take your extra fat.(fat that didn't get burn)
i don't exactly remember how.

drink lots of water, eat nuts and raisins to increase metabolism
workout.
eat healthy.
eat slowly, because it takes awhile for food to digest, so
it takes awhile to be full after eating.

eating slowly will allow you to know when you're full to eat less.

don't sit in front of the tv while eating.

do aerobic exercises

do 2 30min exercises then have a 20 min break you'll lose more wight than not taking breaks at all
play music that you enjoy, or music that makes you feel like dancing to you'll exercise more/longer

starving will get you skinnier but at the end of it when you eat normally again your body will be saving it,
and you'll gain weight faster
like bears saving their food for the winter.

NO you are not fat! Some of us would LOVE to be that skinny. I think if you lost any weight with you being that tall and that skinny you would look sick.I do not mean that in a bad way . It would make you look like you had an eating disorder or something. You said be honest besides the first things to go when your dieting is the breast and butt. How did you lose 30 pounds, that's how much I would like to lose for now? I'm needing to lose weight because I just had a baby 3 months ago.

Don't worry about it girl, you are not fat, if you fit ina 3-5 jean then there is no worry, you obviously carry the 130 pounds well.
Muscle is twice as heavy as fat so you can look quite slim if muscular.

At 5'5' you should weight somewhere between 117 to 130, You are perfect for your size. You should have ask this question before you lost 30 lb. slim..

I think for your height your not over weight.I used to weigh 195 lbs and I lose 40 pounds in 4months, I feel really good but like you I have stomach issues but if you do sit ups it really helps alot. Have confident in you self that makes any women sexy.

You sound like you're a pretty healthy weight to me!! If i were you, I wouldn't want to be a whole lot skinnier. A lot of your weight probably comes from muscle, too...

In medical perspective, you are not fat. Your completely normal. However, if you gain 20 more pounds, that would be a different story.

that's like me. im 5'6 and about the same weight maybe a little less. i have thick thighs, which pisses me off. i try to exercise but it never ends up working out.
you're not overweight ar all but i know what youre talking about

You definitely don't sound fat to me. You're in the healthy body fat zone, according to a BMI calculator.

no youre not fat, it sounds like a lot of the weight is just muscle.
